Easy And Quick Exercises For Busy Lives

_No matter your personal feeling toward fitness, it can be hard to fit it in your schedule.  Unless you are a fitness professional, chances are you have a lot of things pulling time away from quality workouts.  That’s why it is so important to find exercises for busy lives like yours.

_Whether it is a brisk walk around the block or dancing at a local club, finding a way to incorporate fitness into your daily life can be the answer for many people.

_If you earnestly try to find 15-20 minutes a day to focus on yourself and your health, you will live a much happier and healthier life.

_The biggest obstacle to finding quality exercises for busy people is repetition.  Some people would be more than happy with one simple routine to do each and every day.

_Congratulations if that is you.  For the rest of us, we need some variety to keep us going strong.

_Here are a few simple examples for busy people:

-_Extreme cardio sessions.  Do one minute of serious, high impact cardio like jumping jacks, sprinting or burpees.  Then rest for 30 seconds. Then repeat.

_For those that don’t know, burpees are when you do a pushup, get on your feet and jump up while clapping your hands over your head.  A very difficult exercise indeed but, a full body cardio that burns calories fast!

-_Do a set a minute for five minutes.  For example, do 10 pushups every minute for five minutes.  At first you will be waiting for the time to run down, by minute 3 you will be racing the clock!  You can do this with lunges, squats, anything.

_No need to use weights for this, just work your basic moves until you feel the burn.  Then work it some more.  This is highly scalable.  Feel free to adjust the amount of repetitions based on your fitness level.  This can be challenging for anybody!

-_Use a DVD you enjoy.  Many DVDs break up long workouts into mini sessions.  The key is to find a DVD you enjoy.  Then just stick with it!

_Finding exercises for busy lives is just the first step.  The next step is to actually utilize these routines.

_Make a promise to yourself to make time for these short workouts.  Mark them in your calendar, or add them to your nighttime routine.

_ And alwasy remember, whatever you do, don’t give up on your personal fitness!
